Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Dartboard, a darts scoring and statistics app provided by Pingeo LLC. Effective date: July 6, 2026.

Using Dartboard

Dartboard is provided for personal darts scoring, practice, match history, watchback, and performance analytics. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the app lawfully.

Dartboard is a scoring aid. We do not guarantee that every score, checkout route, statistic, bot result, or replay will be error-free.

Dartboard Pro

Dartboard may offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases that unlock Pro features. Prices, free trials, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation options are shown by the app marketplace before purchase.

Apple purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit and Google Play purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation are managed by the marketplace where you made the purchase.

Accounts and data

Dartboard does not require a Pingeo account. App data is primarily stored on your device. Optional iCloud sync is available only in the Apple version and is handled through your private iCloud database.

App stores and third-party services

Your use of Dartboard may also be subject to Apple App Store, Google Play, payment, advertising, analytics, and operating-system terms. Those third-party services are provided by their respective companies, not by Pingeo LLC.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Dartboard, interfere with app operation, attempt to bypass Pro access controls, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or marketplace rules.

Changes and availability

We may update Dartboard, change features, fix bugs, remove features, or stop offering the app or particular services. Some features may depend on device capabilities, network access, app store availability, or third-party services.

Disclaimer

Dartboard is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pingeo LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of Dartboard.
