When reporting a problem, include your device model, iOS version, Dartboard app version, and the steps that led to the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful when the problem is visual.
Purchases and Dartboard Pro
If Dartboard Pro does not unlock after purchase, open Dartboard and use Restore Purchase from the paywall or settings. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through StoreKit.
For billing, refund, or Apple ID payment questions, use Apple Support or your Apple purchase history.
iCloud sync
iCloud sync is optional and can be enabled or disabled in Dartboard settings. Sync covers profiles, analytics, and completed matches when available.
If sync is not working, confirm that you are signed in to iCloud on the device, that iCloud is available, and that Dartboard sync is enabled in the app.
Profiles, matches, and data
Dartboard stores profiles, match settings, scores, dart entries, history, watchback data, and statistics in the app. You can delete all Dartboard data from the app settings.
If you use iCloud sync, deleted synced data may also be removed from your private iCloud database depending on the sync state.
Ads and privacy choices
Free users may see ads. Where required, Dartboard shows Google’s consent flow before requesting ads.
You can review available ad privacy choices from Dartboard settings when Google makes privacy options available on your device.
